SUMMARY:Site Visit - ITB 2026-298-MP Dade Boulevard Pathway Improvements
DESCRIPTION:Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on June 29\, 2026\, electronically only\, through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/). \nBy means of this ITB\, the City is seeking an experienced qualified firm(s) to provide improvements of the pedestrian pathway along the south side of Dade Boulevard\, from Alton Road to Convention Center Drive. The work follows the existing sidewalk alignment and includes upgrades at the associated street crossings. \n  \nA site visit is scheduled to be held on Thursday\, May 28\, 2026\, commencing @ 10:00 A.M. ET and we will meet at the following location: Holocaust Memorial-  Intersection of Meridian and Dade Boulevard\, Miami Beach\, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended. \nA Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on May 28\, 2026\, @ 2:00 pm. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps: \n(1) Dial the TELEPHONE NUMBER: +1 786-636-1480 (Toll-free North America) \n(2) Enter the MEETING NUMBER 815 346 499# \n  \nThe City utilizes Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment\, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
