An open mic night of storytelling, spoken word poetry, and tall untold tales about Miami, Night Narratives: The Miami Years, invites locals to share personal stories of their beloved City – its contradictions, creativity, and community.
Hosted by local musician and storyteller Uncle Scotchy (Eric Garcia) and friends, this night also features a live performance by his One-Man Blues Band, alongside guitarist Harold Trucco. Free and open to the public, guests are encouraged to sign up and step up to the mic.
Current lineup of locals includes Francinelee Hand, Namdev Lisman, Susie K. Taylor, Quincy Perkins, and more!
