workshop to discuss the proposed North Beach residential incentives for the properties located on the east side of Collins Ave between 63 Street and 6799 Collins Ave.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-6 ai-optimize-introduction\">Please note that the original meeting, previously scheduled for Thursday, June 18, has been rescheduled and will now take place on Tuesday, July 14.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-7\">The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable floor area (FAR), as part of a broader set of
